Glee Spoilers: Chris Colfer and Lea Michele discuss the New York arc for Season Four

Lea Michele and Chris Colfer discuss spoilers for Season Four of Glee.  The most important things we can glean from this:

1. Kurt and Rachel will both be in New York, for sure.

2.   Sarah Jessica Parker will have a six-episode run as a mentor for Kurt.  Finally!  Somebody will be looking out for him, somewhere!  Of course, the last time we had a mentor for Kurt, he ended up regressing by two years and then he started wearing really cheesy bow ties, and no socks.

3. Lea Michele will be working with Kate Hudson.

EW reports that there will be a Yet Another Britney Spears Tribute episode.

In other spoiler news, we learn exactly why Kurt did not get a solo at Nationals.  Sue offered him one - but under terms that he was not comfortable with.  The effemiphobia has risen once again.  See this tumblr for the clip:  thereisamomentwhen

And now it looks like Ryan Murphy has weighed in on who is staying and who is going, although he lies so much it's hard to believe a word he says.  This blurb suggests that anybody who wants to be an occasional guest star will be able to come back every once in awhile.

At the same time, Murphy isn't specifying how long "coming back" means for certain characters. "It doesn't mean everyone will be doing 22 episodes, but everyone wants to stay in our family and our world,'" he said. "I wanted to make sure those actors know that if they want to have a home, they have a home. If they want to explore new and different things while also having a home, that is also an option."

It also looks like they are moving the timeslot to eight PM on Thursday.  Well, that's certainly better for me.  Maybe it will let them be a little more grownup in their stories, since the characters are getting older.  An adult gay man in Manhattan... not teenybopper stuff.  Also, it's clear they are getting it the heck away from NCIS to improve the ratings.
